I've used inside and outside. They work really well but mine fell off after 12 months. So prepare for annual replacement inside.

These are dope and you can us them in soo many other ways , thanks god my neighbor turned me on to them. I even use them on the bottom of my computer screen to stop them from moving. And on the bottom of my sewing machine foot pedal to stop it from moving

Great idea to have this for protect the drywall. only one issue is they're so little.
