I tried our Microplane Herb Mill...I used Basil as a first demo... turned out great..I used the Basil for my marinara sauce. I will be try more new Herbs this next week.

Simply stated, easy to use,easy to clean. What more can I ask? It gave the results I wanted and will be a kitchen tool I use frequently.

I had been looking for a good, easy to use herb mill for quite some time. I purchased another one that was very difficult to use and hard to clean. This one works like a charm. I am very happy with it.

Love this mill. Really saves time in chopping herbs. Obviously works better is herbs are drier and not still wet.

I really like this product! Great for chopping herbs in to fine pieces quickly. My only complaint is it is really hard to clean the blades.

Easy to use for mincing herbs. Cleanup is a bit more but worth the effort.

A cheaper version of the former herb mill I had lost a part to while cleaning.
Seems to cut not as well but the price was less than half of the former.

It very good but the it doesn't chop as finely as I like but it works well
Cleaning it is a bit of a pain, but I still recommend it.
