The numbers are small and the paint on the letters wear off over time. I wear it everyday and would recommend it.

I had a spy themed birthday party for my boyfriend and this was the perfect addition to his kit. He was so excited when he saw it... brought back the little boy inside him. This is great for creating coded messages (which is what i used it for) and worked perfectly at dechiphering them. It is also beautifully made.

Got this as a birthday gift for my best friend and his daughter. They are both totally head over heels with how cool it is. They are totally bonding over this unique tool.

My son had asked for one of these I wasn't sure why. Then I remembered he was reading books and he went and saw Sherlock Holmes. I ended up purchasing 2 rings that way I can figure out what he trying to say. Excellent product but came in one size.

I wanted a decoder ring that you could change the number-letter alignment with but they just don't exist so I went with this one. I wish they came in more sizes. They shipped fast though and the product quality is good. I would recommend this product to others.

Love gadgets, love codes and secrets, fits perfectly, everything else is for me and my friends to find out, worth it.

This seems well constructed, spins nicely, and looks right. It's also fairly easy to read. The only downside is it's just a rotated sequential translation of numbers to letters. In other words, A=3, B=4, etc. Slightly better than A=1, but only slightly. I was thinking it would be completely scrambled. My eight year old likes it though. He's pretty small for his age and the smallest size, six I think, fits him fairly loosely.

This ring is stiff the first couple of days to spin, but then loosens up. This is a GREAT RING!!

Very sturdy and yet beautifully made ring. My teen daughter loves wearing it and leaving secret messages for us to decipher. It fits her well, and is easy to manipulate to solve the codes.

My child loved this item for Christmas. I bought 2 for her and her friend and they have had a great time writing secret messages to each other. The rings are both good quality and I feel confident that they will last a while.
